Holy cow…this is awesome. Seriously. I just stumbled across your blog when I was looking for some Indiana Jones costume ideas for females. I’ve got a femme Indy costume I pieced together, but I was inspired to do a Marion costume by a couple of friends of mine last weekend. You did a lovely job with the Elsa costume, and it looks great! You should be proud.

I’m so glad I found your blog. My boyfriend is dressing up as Indiana Jones this Halloween and I was thinking about dressing up as one of the leading ladies. Your post gives me many more options than I thought of on my own. I might try my own hand at piecing together that Marion costume you made, it rocks.

Hello, I sort of randomly stumbled upon your blog here and I have to say that your idea of dressing up as Elsa is fantastic! She was always one of my favorite characters in Indiana Jones, and it’d be cool to see how it all turns out. One thing to also keep in mind about the costume is that you’ll need a pair of leather gloves to complete it. After all, those gloves she wears at the end of the movie play a big part when she’s trying to reach the grail and that glove slips off her hand (what a sad scene).

I was thinking of dressing up as Marion Ravenwood for the premiere of Indy 4. She’s my favorite character, since the only other options are Willie, who’s a pain in the butt, and Elsa, who’s a double crossing asshole(no offense). Plus, Marion shares my name! But I have no idea where to get the outfit, or which one to pick, for that matter. Well, I have a while to get it, right? :->
